The Your style Refresher experience has not only impacted me in a physical way, but also emotionally. I feel more confident and secure in the way I dress.
Before taking the style experience with The Style Refresher I never felt completely happy & comfortable with what I was wearing. I didn't put much thought into what I was wearing, my closet was full of clothes that I liked but I didn't know how to put together to create great outfits. María José gave my styling tips that helped me understand how to combine pieces to really create outfits I love. Another thing that I have gained from this experience is to understand what outfits are for different events and what pieces make my style uniquely mine.

Before the workshop I used to play safe and repetitively wear the clothes I felt the most comfortable in. The Style Refresher showed me I have so much more options and outfit combinations that work great and that I can feel confident in. And that just with the clothes I already had in my closet!

I hired MJ to style me for a photography session I was doing for the launch of my brand Kitchen Instinct.
I arrived to the session a bit nervous, but as I walked in Mari Jose calmed me down and made me feel very comfortable.
She understood my and my brand’s essence perfectly and when she showed me the looks she had chosen I was very happy.
She pulled out a white shirt with feathers on the wrists and it just filled my body with excitement, and when I thought I couldn’t get happier she pulled out a ruffle shirt that it was 100% me. I was ready to start shooting.
All the outfits we’re perfect and I felt very comfortable in the clothes she chose.
During the shoot she was very approachable , but everything was planned to the minute, making it a very relaxed and easy going session.
I felt really comfortable and the results were magnificent.
I look forward to working with her again very soon.

After having a baby and going through the pandemic I felt uninspired and unmotivated. María José lighten again a spark in me, inspired me to re discover my style, be playful and have fun with my clothes. I learnt to identify the colors that best suit me, got lots of practical styling tips and dared to try on new items and combinations that I had never considered before and that I actually loved!
The most amazing part is that I got a completely refreshed new style that allows me to feel comfortable and confident by using my old clothes and only a few new basics.

Honestly, the best thing I ever did was invest in someone like Maria Jose to refresh my wardrobe because I was thinking I needed to buy a whole heap of new stuff. She has just literally, put so many different outfits together of stuff that I need with stuff that I already owned. I’ve got everything there, just had to mix it all around , the best thing I ever did was invest in her because now I have given all my clothes a second life
